I was traveling and overseas all last week and I always feel the best way to fight jet lag for me is movement. 30 second for each exercise and the focus is on form in each movement. 1. Forced arch switches 2. 3 relevé - 3 jumps in first 3. 2 jumping jacks - 2 burpees 4. Bicycle to straight leg lift 5. Press walks Rest 6.
