Hello. Today was a very chemical day in my nervous system. Lots of cortisol. And the grouchy reactions that come with it. Just wanted to make sure you all knew that this is normal. You’re not failing as a parent if you have feelings and have to work to repair and regulated. You’re a human being. And you’re my people. Be compassionate with yourself. Say sorry and make things right, and then do whatever you can to take care of your body heart and soul. I personally plan to find a way to take a nap
