I love her reaction! We bleached underneath and incorporated her natural and beautiful white hair on top into neon pastels using @manicpanicnyc hair dye in sections applied on damp hair. I love love love this holographic effect . We toned the underneath first with an ash toner and doing this underlay of toner softens the result and makes it a more holographic effect . I’m so happy the color’s didn’t feel too strong or too might for her for the first time having color done … that was the goal #ha
