This is our friend Ari. Ari's mother was an IV heroin addict and Ari was born addicted. When Ari was pregnant -- homeless and addicted-- a friend took her to the recovery center Hope on Haven Hill, where she became the first resident on the first day it opened. They helped her get the prenatal care she needed, and helped her get clean. Ari named her son Haven -- after the home that gave them both a chance at life. There are zero recovery-centered transitional homes in the state of New Hampshire
