Aerial footage recorded on Friday (January 2) showed widespread flooding across the San Francisco Bay Area, with streets and buildings partially submerged as storm conditions hit the region. From the air, people were seen navigating floodwaters however they could, using kayaks and paddle boards to travel along submerged streets.
