Making an All Terrain Buggy | DIY & Crafts

I converted an old differential into a full drive spool by cutting both sides, welding the internal wheel section, and machining everything to fit perfectly. This setup is ideal for crosskarts, drift ATVs, and lightweight buggy builds that need equal power to both wheels. After removing both axle tubes completely, I modified the housing to accept CV joints and also machined a custom brake disc on the lathe to add a disc brake system directly onto the spool.
