What should the Oregon Ducks expect from Wisconsin Badgers offense?
Unsurprisingly, Wisconsin has a pretty good tight end making this offense go in Lance Mason. He is the second leading receiver on the team, with 20 catches for 267 yards and two touchdowns. At 6-foot-4, 250 pounds, Mason is a big body who can find some success in mismatches over the middle. Once again, the very simple answer is "yes."
The Ducks rolled up 750 yards of total offense against Rutgers, 415 of those on the ground. Noah Whittington totaled three touchdowns (two rushing, one receiving) and ran for 125 yards in the Ducks' 36th straight win over an unranked opponent.
After the Oregon Ducks were upset by the Indiana Hoosiers in Eugene, the program has responded with a dominant 56-10 win over the Rutgers Scarlet Knights, earning back some credibility after the early loss to Indiana.
The No. 9 Ducks will host Wisconsin at 4 p.m. PT on Saturday at Autzen Stadium. The game will be broadcast on FS1. This week, Oregon (6-1, 3-1 Big Ten) defeated Rutgers and Wisconsin (2-5, 0-4) lost to No. 1 Ohio State.
