Tom Cruise paid tribute to Val Kilmer Thursday while presenting at CinemaCon. Cruise took the stage in Las Vegas, Nevada, to reveal new footage from his upcoming film, "Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning.

From playing rock legends to gunslingers, Kilmer left a huge mark on Hollywood with a career spanning more than four decades.

Cruise concluded the touching moment by saying, “I wish you well on the next journey.”
