An Idaho-based lawyer said she thinks Judge Steven Hippler will hold prosecutors and law enforcement accountable after sensitive information about the Bryan Kohberger case was leaked.

Kohberger’s lawyers offered an “alternate perpetrators” theory that suggests suspects other than the grad student.
