Surveillance video shows a gunman approach a house and open fire while a family slept. Investigators said two teens are responsible for nearly a dozen incidents.

A woman has died after she was shot near an apartment complex in southeast Houston. The incident happened just before noon on Tuesday at the Spanish Village Apartments located at 4000 Griggs Road.
