If one had bought Palantir on Aug. 8, 2022, a $1,000 investment would be worth about $15,700 today. Three years ago, a dramatic pullback from the highs of the 2021 bull market left Palantir trading below $10 per share, the approximate level where it sold on its first day of trading on Sept. 30, 2020.

Palantir's growth continues to be led by U.S. commercial customers adopting its Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP). The company once again credited AIP's ontology, saying it is "pure understanding," and that without it, large language models (LLMs) cannot actually work in the real world

Palantir (PLTR) shares closed higher on Friday after a senior Wedbush analyst, Dan Ives, said the data analytics firm will exceed $1 trillion in market cap within the next three years. Ives’ bullish remarks arrive only days after the Denver-headquartered firm reported a blowout Q2 and raised its full-year guidance,
