Bristol County has seen the most accumulation, with the highest snowfall total at 33 inches in Dartmouth as of 4:30 p.m. and 31 inches in Somerset and Berkly as of 3 p.m. On the other hand, western Massachusetts has received the least amount of snow, with only 5 inches recorded in Southampton, Baldwinville and Pepperell.

The blizzard of 2026 left more than three feet of snow in parts of Massachusetts and widespread power outages.

As of 8 a.m. a.m. Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency is reporting thousands of customers without power mostly in the eastern portion of the state. Within the number, National Grid is reporting 45,000 customers without power and there were 244 outages. Eversource was reporting 142,000 without power in Eastern Mass.

After a day of sun on Tuesday, Feb. 24, snow could return to Massachusetts the following morning, according to the National Weather Service.
