Head-on crash on 23 Freeway in Ventura County leaves 2 dead, 3 hospitalized with major injuries
California Highway Patrol officers say that one of the cars drove over a barrier and into oncoming traffic where they collided head-on with another vehicle.
Two people were dead after a head-on collision in Moorpark and northbound Highway 23 traffic is shut down Feb. 28, according to CHP.
