Canadian energy company ARC Resources has entered into a long-term sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with ExxonMobil LNG Asia Pacific (EMLAP). Under the agreement, EMLAP will buy all of ARC’s LNG offtake from the Cedar LNG Project – approximately 1.5 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) – at international LNG pricing.

Arc Resources has signed an agreement to supply Exxon Mobil's Asian affiliate with liquefied natural gas, or LNG. The Canadian energy company said Tuesday that ExxonMobil LNG Asia Pacific will purchase all 1.5 million metric tons of LNG a year from Arc Resources' Cedar LNG project.
