The former WPIAL star became just the second player ever to record both a walk and a walk-off in his major league debut, capping a meteoric rise through the Seattle Mariners’ system.

Seattle prospect Cole Young, 21, made his major-league debut on Saturday night following a promotion from Triple-A Tacoma, driving in a run in the Mariners' 5-4 victory over the Minnesota Twins at T-Mobile Park.
