The global satellite internet service appears to be back up and running after repairing a "failure of key internal software services that operate the core network."

The website Down Detector recorded a spike in Starlink user error reports beginning around 3 p.m., with error reports peaking around 3:30 p.m. As of this writing, the number of reports had dropped, but they were still significantly higher than the hours prior to the incident.

SpaceX’s satellite internet service is experiencing a ‘network outage’ cutting off internet for users around the world. Since just after 3:30PM ET on Thursday, Starlink users have reported they can’t connec t to SpaceX’s satellite internet service.
