One man was killed and another was in critical condition after being shot in the Rogers Park neighborhood on the city’s North Side late Sunday night, according to Chicago police. A 31-year-old man and an unidentified male victim were found outside with multiple gunshot wounds at around 9:45 p.

A witness told police they saw four men running away from the scene.
