While Saturday's 'No Kings' march was largely peaceful, three people were arrested after a protest turned heated at the ICE facility in South Portland that night, police said.
The scene outside the ICE facility took a darker turn as federal agents deployed tear gas on the crowd around 4:30 p.m. and detained at least one person over the course of the next hour.
The filing comes after an appeals court overturned another order that prevented the Trump administration from deploying the Oregon National Guard to Portland.
