Walmart has now confirmed to us that it will restock the Nintendo Switch 2 in its physical stores and online from release day, though there's no mention of a midnight launch here. Those in Pacific and Mountain-time can shop from 9pm PDT or 10pm MDT via Walmart's Supercenter stores.
