Director Jeff Fowler has confirmed Sonic the Hedgehog 4 has begun filming, with Kristen Bell set to voice Amy Rose in the next Paramount sequel.

Ben Kingsley ( Ghandi , Wonder Man ) has joined the cast of the upcoming sequel Sonic the Hedgehog 4 in an undisclosed role.

Director Jeff Fowler has confirmed on social media that filming has kicked off on the fourth Sonic the Hedgehog movie, which is scheduled to arrive in March 2027.
