A group of U.S. doctors and nurses, including a nurse from Arizona, say they’re stuck in Gaza and trying to get back home after spending two weeks providing medical care to people in the region.

Phoenix police say a large group of people gathered near 75th Avenue and Encanto Boulevard from 5 p.m. on for several hours.

The protest, located near 75th Avenue between Thomas and McDowell roads, started around 5 p.m., according to police.
