Kimberly Sullivan of Connecticut was arrested by the Waterbury Police Department after her 32-year-old stepson started a house fire in an effort to escape her alleged abuse.

Waterbury police said the stepson, now 32, weighed just 68 pounds when they found him. His stepmother, Kimberly Sullivan, has been charged with kidnapping and cruelty.
