The National Weather Service told those in central Pa. to prepare for significant impacts due to possible snow, sleet or ice.
A major winter storm will bring heavy snow and blizzard conditions to the Lehigh Valley and northeastern Pennsylvania Sunday through Monday. Winter Storm Warnings are in effect for the area, with the heaviest snowfall expected Sunday evening through Sunday night.
Snow could continue into Monday and cause delays and closings; precipitation to begin as mix of rain and snow early Sunday morning
New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill said a state of emergency will go into effect for all 21 counties in New Jersey starting at 12 p.m. Sunday.
