Patullo, 43, is getting his first chance as an offensive coordinator,. But he is very familiar with the Eagles and head coach Nick Sirianni, having served with Sirianni since 2018. Back then, Sirianni was the Colts' offensive coordinator and Patullo was the wide receivers coach.
Patullo has been Nick Sirianni's right-hand man with the Eagles, and while he hasn't called plays before, he brings continuity to Jalen Hurts and the offense.
