Boebert and Nancy Mace reportedly barged into a women's bathroom at the U.S. Capitol but found no trans people present.

Boebert, who serves as the representative for Colorado's 4th congressional district, allegedly attempted to kick out a person from the women’s bathroom on Thursday, January 23. But the Republican had to apologize after realizing it was a case of “mistaken identity".

Boebert, according to the unnamed GOP lawmaker who requested anonymity in order speak freely about the bathroom scene, told other members on the House floor that when she saw McBride walk into the ladies room, she said, “You shouldn’t be here.”
