Physician Salvador Plasencia, who was charged in the death of Matthew Perry, pleaded guilty to distributing ketamine to the "Friends" actor.

Dr. Salvador Plasencia, one of the two doctors charged in connection with Matthew Perry's ketamine death, has agreed to plead guilty to distributing ketamine.

Plasencia is the fourth person to plead guilty for crimes connected to Perry’s death. The previous three were Chavez; Perry’s personal assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa, who bought Perry ketamine; and Perry’s friend and dealer Erik Fleming.
