Novo Nordisk abruptly ended its partnership with Hims & Hers after the Danish drugmaker accused the telehealth company of illegally selling cheaper copycats of Novo Nordisk’s weight-loss drug and engaging in deceptive marketing.

Novo Nordisk said it will stop selling Wegovy on Hims & Hers, claiming the telehealth company sold knockoff versions of the weight-loss drug.

Novo Nordisk ended a short-lived agreement to sell its Wegovy weight-loss drug through Hims & Hers Health on Monday, sending shares of the U.S. telehealth company plunging more than 30%.
