A video of Air India crew members walking along a jet bridge has been falsely presented online as showing the crew of Air India's flight AI171 boarding the aircraft that later crashed, killing all but one passenger.

Signs of progress appeared on June 26. The AAIB confirmed that the aircraft’s two combined cockpit voice and digital flight data recorder units had been moved from near the accident site to a recently opened lab in New Delhi on June 24, more than a week after each was pulled from the wreckage. The agency did not explain the delay.
