Tennessee had three wide receivers record 100-plus receiving yards against Kentucky. Chris Brazzell II recorded four receptions for 138 yards and one touchdown, while Mike Matthews and Braylon Staley had six receptions each. Matthews totaled 107 receiving yards and one touchdown. Staley recorded 105 receiving yards.

The Wildcats simply couldn’t overcome their self-inflicted mistakes, and despite a few explosive plays later in the game, the early errors defined the outcome.
