Tennessee basketball is hosting three top-40 recruits for its exhibition against Duke on Oct. 26 at Food City Center.

For the first time in over 25 years, Vol fans will be listening to a new radio broadcast team when they tune into Tennessee basketball games. The University of Tennessee and Vol Network revealed the full radio broadcast team on Thursday ahead of the men’s basketball season.

UT and Vol Network announced that Mike Keith, John Wilkerson, Chris Lofton and Steve Hamer will be this upcoming season's broadcast team for men's basketball.

Tennessee is recruiting toward its 2026 basketball signing class. Four-star power forward Latrell Almond listed the Vols in his top five schools, along with Oklahoma State, Maryland, Virginia and Indiana, according to Joe Tipton of On3. He will announce his commitment on Oct. 13.

Details were not publicized, but Ohio State's Jake Diebler and Tennessee's Rick Barnes posted a video briefly recapping their 'secret' scrimmage against each other.

Tennessee guard Ruby Whitehorn rejoined the Lady Vols basketball program after serving a suspension for her Aug. 8 arrest, coach Kim Caldwell said Tuesday. The program suspended Whitehorn on Aug. 21, and Caldwell said she rejoined the team the week of Sept. 8 and is a "full go" in practice moving forward.
