Filip Gustavsson turned aside 27 of 28 shots and denied Nathan MacKinnon in the shootout to lead the Minnesota Wild to a 2-1 win over the Colorado Avalanche on Tuesday night in Saint Paul, Minn.

The Wild took a 1-0 lead midway through the second when they capitalized on a turnover by Necas in his defensive zone. Boldy poked the puck to Marco Rossi, who pushed it ahead to a charging Zuccarello. His high wrist shot beat Blackwood over the shoulder.

The Wild picked up a much-needed 1-0 win over the Boston Bruins Sunday afternoon during a brief return to Minnesota before hitting the road yet again Monday for a two-game road trip to Seattle and Vancouver.
