Trump campaign adviser Alex Bruesewitz shed light on who was actually behind the president's iconic interview with Joe Rogan leading up to the 2024 election.

Joe Rogan went into detail about discussions with Kamala Harris' team and why an appearance on his podcast did not happen.

Rogan, a member of the UFC broadcast team as a color commentator since UFC 37.5 in 2002, has scaled back his broadcast work since Mike Goldberg's departure at the end of 2016. At present, the long-time martial arts enthusiast only covers domestic pay-per-view events each year and is no longer assigned to every event.

The book, by Jonathan Allen and Amie Parnes, details the Harris camp’s frustration with the Rogan booking process. The book said that the Harris campaign arranged an event with Beyoncé in Houston on Oct. 25 in order to fit with a possible Rogan sitdown in nearby Austin.

Rogan said the government should inspire people to exercise and discussed a video of Donald Trump playing tennis.
