Chicago’s chilly, windy weather ends the city’s streak of highs at or above 60 degrees, with waves on Lake Michigan potentially topping 15 feet.

The changes come after the Chicago area hit a high of 80 degrees Tuesday and broke a weather temperature record Monday.
