A Detroit Lions fan who was involved in an altercation with Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver DK Metcalf has filed a lawsuit, claiming that he was not only physically harmed but was also falsely accused of making racial remarks.

Kennedy - who was never kicked out of the game by security that day - read a statement saying the lawsuit was not filed out of anger, but for truth.
