The Chicago Bears placed cornerback Kyler Gordon on injured reserve Saturday, requiring him to miss a minimum of four games.
The Bears also put backup swing tackle Braxton Jones, originally their starter on the left side, on IR with a knee injury. The soonest Gordon and Jones are eligible to play is Week 12 against the Steelers. The Bears also signed DT Jonathan Ford to the active roster, making him available against the Ravens.
