Max Verstappen conceded Red Bull remains “weak” in low-speed corners after qualifying fifth for the 2025 Formula 1 Monaco Grand

Jos Verstappen has, particularly last year, been vocal about his criticism towards Red Bull Racing several times. However, he has seen progress since the Grand Prix in Imola and suspects that his son Max Verstappen will stay with the Austrian Formula 1 team if the current trajectory continues.

Both the speculation about Verstappen’s future and the persistent threat of McLaren have transferred into 2025, and the links with a Red Bull exit have persisted, despite the four-time world champion having a contract that runs until 2028. Aston Martin and Mercedes are the most likely destinations should he seal a shock exit.
