It's been a long time since the Raiders have had momentum, but despite the fact that the offseason workouts that the Raiders engaged in so far this summer did not include the use of pads, the Raiders absolutely seem to be finding their groove,

"My favorite guy out there to watch is Laki Tasi," Carroll admitted. "He knows nothing about football when he walks in the door, and he's made tremendous progress. He's enormous, he's the biggest guy you ever saw, and I think he weighed in at weigh-ins the other day (at) 369 (pounds)."

Pete Carroll bounced around the fields during the Raiders' offseason practices, exhibiting the youthful enthusiasm that has been the most visible part of his identity throughout his coaching career.
