Jack Draper has been handed an incredibly tricky route to the Wimbledon final. The world no4 cemented himself as a top seed for this year’s Championships, with his superb run of form at the back end of 2024 and into 2025 meaning that he could avoid a meeting with world no1 Jannik Sinner and defending champion until at least the semi-finals.

Carlos Alcaraz will kick off his campaign against Fabio Fognini. The Spaniard landed in the same quarter with Holger Rune, Jiri Lehecka, Frances Tiafoe, Felix Auger-Aliassime and Stefanos Tsitsipas.

Novak Djokovic joked that Carlos Alcaraz has not shown him enough respect at Wimbledon over the past two years when they had a practice session together on Thursday. The pair met in the final at SW19 in both 2023 and 2024, and the Spaniard came out on top on both occasions.
