The Stars have made a trade for a defenseman who will be the first Texas-born player to suit up for the franchise in a regular season game.
“Contributions from every single player on our team here, we’re missing a lot of guys,” Stars captain Jamie Benn said of the streak after Tuesday’s win. “The guys that have stepped in have done a great job. It’s a collective effort, a team effort and I think that’s what we like most about it.”
