The actor has officially made the Guinness Book of World Records for the climactic moment in 'Mission: Impossible – the Final Reckoning.'

Tom Cruise has become a Guinness World Record titleholder for a fiery "Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning" stunt. In the stunt, Cruise jumps out of a helicopter and deploys a parachute, then lights it on fire.

“Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning” opened over Memorial Day Weekend and has grossed $360 million and counting at the worldwide box office. The film debuted to a huge $200 million, setting a franchise record for biggest “Mission: Impossible” opening yet.
