Arizona Diamondbacks third baseman Eugenio Suarez left the game on Monday night in the first inning after being hit on the hand by a 95.9 mph fastball from Chicago White Sox starter Shane Smith, and the team later announced that X-rays came back negative.

The Arizona Diamondbacks have several players doing quite well in the balloting update for the MLB All-Star game to be played July 15 at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia. But one player on the ballot in particular is being short-thrifted.
