Is Admission covered under the National Parks Annual Pass?

I don't know. A friend paid my admission for going with her. I had no previous plan to go to the museum and didn't travel with the Park Pass.

Yes, street parking. Admission prices above sound right. It's asmall place, and each tour is just a few people, not dozens.
